At Rokland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Rokland account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Labels and Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
