Rokland shirts are made from a lightweight, super-soft, yet durable cotton and polyester blend from Next Level Apparel. With our shirts, you will have a great feeling material that doesn't fade or lose quality after the first wash.

Shirts are a tighter fit, so if you prefer a loser fit, size up one. If you want those biceps to stand out, go with your normal size.  Minimal shrinking when drying compared to a 100% cotton shirt but some shrinking may occur if put in dryer.
